More than One Guest to a Room
If you are looking to book more than one guest to a room, you may receive a message that you will be charged an added fee. This is a glitch; please be assured that the group rate will be honored for up to four people in a room. Feel free to call the hotel directly (787-993-3629) and mention “SGCI” to make your booking for multiple people.
Gratuity
Please note that the hotel automatically charges gratuity for their housekeeping staff, so you will not need to leave a daily tip. Unless you want to give more!
Extra Nights
If you are looking to book rooms outside of the conference dates, you may receive a message that there are no nights available in the block for the dates you requested. In this case, you can:
1) Call the hotel directly (787-993-3629) and mention “SGCI” to get the SGCI room rate for the conference dates, and the regular rate for the outside nights or 2) Contact us at admin@sgcinternational.org to request additional nights
